IronStride — Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the IronStride app and its services. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

IronStride is operated by an individual developer (Shahin Al Kabir Mitul) based in Bangladesh. Contact: mitul.cse@gmail.com.

2. Not medical advice

IronStride provides AI-generated training guidance for general fitness purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a physician, physiotherapist, or certified human coach. Consult a doctor before starting or changing an exercise program — especially if you have a heart condition, are pregnant or postpartum, are recovering from injury or illness, or train in extreme heat. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or dizziness. You train at your own risk.

3. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (18+ recommended for training plans).
Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Provide accurate profile data (age, weight, heart-rate limits) — coaching quality depends on it.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete My Account; deletion is immediate and irreversible.

4. Subscriptions and billing

IronStride Pro is an optional subscription billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store — never directly by us.
Free trials, prices, and renewal terms are shown in the store checkout before you pay.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Refunds are handled under Google Play / App Store policies.

5. Third-party services

Connecting Strava, Apple Health, or Health Connect is optional and subject to those services' own terms. We display Strava data under the Strava API Agreement; we may lose or suspend that integration if Strava changes its terms or availability.

6. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or abuse the service or its AI endpoints.
Don't upload unlawful content or impersonate others.
We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits or attack the service.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its branding, and its content are ours or our licensors'. Your training data remains yours; you grant us the limited license needed to store and process it to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated guidance can be wrong; weather, AQI, and readiness estimates are approximations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue features; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
